1. Can you put the flash video on my page for me, if I give you my password?
   No, we only provide the flash codes for you to do it yourself.
   

2. How do I put a flash video on my page?
   

   • Search and find your favorite flash music video.

   • Click the "Copy Code To Clipboard" button below the appropriate textbox, or highlight all html codes inside the textbox, then press Ctrl+ C.  If you are a BlackPlanet, Migente, or AsianAvenue member you will need to use the code on the bottom of the page.

   • Go to where you can edit your webpage. It will be different depending on what website you're on. There should be a specific page or area where you can change the text or words that appear on your webpage. Paste/insert the code in this area by pressing Ctrl+V.

   • *NOTE* If you are a MySpace.com member, you can paste the code in the user comments below the member profiles, or you can paste it in the "Music" section by editing your profile.

4. Why isn`t the flash video working?
   It could be any number of reasons:
   

   • You may be trying to view a flash video that is too fast for your internet connection speed.

   • You may not have Macromedia Flash Player on your computer, although it usually comes standard with Windows. Go to Macromedia to download Macromedia Flash Player for free.
     

5. Why does the flash video play slow?
   Your connection speed is too slow to view the flash video. You need high speed internet access to view the videos on this page, preferably DSL or higher.
   

6. Why did my flash video stop working, it was working before?
   The link to the flash video may be broken. We do not host the flash videos, so we have no control if videos are removed from another website's library. If you happen to come across a broken link please let us know in the Forums.
   

7. Can you fix my flash video - it keeps pausing?
   There's nothing we can do about that. We do not host any of these flash videos. The flash videos may pause due to server overload.
   

8. How do I resize the flash video?
   Change the height and width values in the code.
   
   Example:
   height="300" width="200" (make the number between the quotes larger or smaller depending on the size you want).
   

9. Can I remove the link in the HTML linking back to your website?
   By using our flash music codes you have retrieved from our website, you agree NOT to edit the HTML in ANY way. This means you may NOT remove the link in the HTML linking back to our website. Failed to do so will result being blocked to access our site permanently!
   

10. How do I add the status bar to the flash video player?
    No, you can!

11. How do I add flash music video codes to Piczo?
    
    1. Find your favorite flash music video code.
    2. Click the "Copy Code To Clipboard" button below the lower code, or or highlight all html codes inside the textbox, then press Ctrl+ C.
    3. Revisit Piczo.com.
    4. Go to your Page Editor on PIczo.
    5. Click on the Tools button at the top of the page.
    6. Scroll down to Controls.
    7. Click HTML in the popup window that appears.
    8. A page element box will open with instructions "HTML goes here"
    9. Click the "T" button on the right corner of the page element box.
    10. Paste the flash music video code inside this box by pressing "CTRL+V"
    11. Click OK
    12. Your video will now play inside the page element box.
    13. Click on the Hand icon and drag the page element box wherever you want your flash music video to appear.
